And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the Word of God, and for the testimony which they held: (Revelation 6:9)
And I saw thrones and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God and which had not worshiped the beast neither his image neither had received his mark upon their forehead or on their hands and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (Revelation 20: 4)
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Wright, blessed are the dead which die in the Lord form henceforth: Yea saith the spirit, that they may rest upon their labors; and their works do follow them. (Revelation 14:13)
It is clear from the Scriptures above that in order to have salvation one must lose his head, and its better to serve God now under grace than to go through the tribulation. So here are The ABC's of Salvation.
Admit to God that you are a sinner. Repent, turing away from your sin.
Romans 3:23-- "For all have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of God."
Romans 6:23-- "For the wages of sin is death, But the free gift of God is eternal life through
Jesus Christ our lord"
1John 1:9-- "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness."
Believe that Jesus Christ is God's Son and accept God's gift for forgiveness from sin
John 3:16-- "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should nor perish but have everlasting life."
John 14:6-- "Jesus said to him,'I am the way the truth and the life: no man comes to the father but by me.'"
Acts 4:12-- "Neither is there salvation in any other:for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved."
Romans 5:8-- "But God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Ephesians 2:8-9-- "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast."
John 1:11-13 3:23-- "He came to His own, and His own received Him not, but as many as received Him, to them He gave the power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on His name: Which were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."
Confess your faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.
Romans 10:9-10,13-- "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. For whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Don't wait for tomorrow, accept Jesus Christ today, for tomorrow may never come.
2 Corinthians 6:2-- "For God says, "At the acceptable time I have listened to you, and helped you on the day of salvation." Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation"
James 4:13-14--"Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and get gain' : whereas you do not know about tomorrow. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes."
If you have read and understood the scriptures, Ask the Lord into you heart by praying this Prayer.
"Dear God in heaven, I come before you in the name of Jesus. I confess that I am a sinner and ask you to forgive me and cleanse me from my sins. I receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior and ask Him to come into my heart. I ask you to please help me to live as you want me to live. I thank you for the gift of your wonderful Son Jesus and Your merciful free gift of salvation. In Jesus' name I ask these things. Amen."
